I think it has been since my early childhood, looking through the windows of Playschool on tv that I have been obsessed with how things are made. The sweet factory through the round window, or milk bottles being blown through the square, I loved watching them.

Elysium Memorials are based in Frome, Somerset and we are blessed with having lots of craftspeople and small companies making things close by. When producing our candle holder pieces, we always pack them up and send them off with a lovely candle from Charles Farris Chandlers in Mere, just down the road from us. I really enjoy visiting the small factory there and seeing the ancient and mesmerizing process of making candles of great quality, it’s a joy to watch.
